We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your ceramic plates, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Returns due to damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged.
