This hand-painted plate is inspired by The Lady and the Unicorn – Sight, one of the six iconic tapestries from the early 16th century. The unicorn, a symbol of purity and mystery, rests on the lady’s lap as she holds up a mirror. Its gentle, attentive gaze is reflected in the glass, illustrating the sense of sight and the idea of contemplation. Its immaculate white coat and spiraled horn enhance its mythical aura, while the richly decorated background of flowers and animals creates a captivating and refined atmosphere, characteristic of medieval art.

Each design is created and hand-painted in an artisanal atelier in Paris. 

A little note : Since each plate is hand-painted, the lines and colors may slightly vary. Each plate is individually hand-painted after an order is placed, ensuring a unique creation.
